Strong Skills Workshop

What you’ll learn:

Understanding the movement RAINBOW + movement progressions/options

We'll teach you the 6 movement patterns: Squat/lunge, Deadlift /Hinge, Push, Pull, Core, Carry.

Plus we'll go over progressions + options for each one!

Understanding progressive overload & RPE

Learn the nuts and bolts of how to get stronger with strength training & how to know how heavy to lift!

We will show you how and why we program our year of Strong classes through our three month rotating mesocycle of endurance reps (12-14 reps), hypertrophy reps (8-12 reps) and our strength reps (4-6 reps).

Discover what type of mover you are

Learn about the 4 types of movers - rigid, porous, avoidant + intuitive

How to overcome obstacles & Barriers to movement

Understanding what constitutes a roadblock (something you cannot move through) vs speedbump (something you can pivot around) for movement, and what you can do when you come up against them!

$49 for non-members
