Self Care Bingo

If you’re like me and not so keen on new years resolutions but still want to set some intentions for 2025, I’ve got something that might help!

 

I’ve seen lots of posts on social media about doing a 2025 bingo card - the idea is that you write down fun things you’d like to do this year on your bingo card, and check them off as you complete them.

 

There’s no pressure to complete all of them, and you can make them as small/achievable as you like! Unlike a NY resolution, you don’t lose momentum as the year goes on, and you can’t ‘fail’! Choose things that you want to do, not things you think you should do (it sounds obvious, but that little switch makes a huge difference)!

 

I've made mine a mix of smaller goals (like ‘go for an ocean swim’, ‘bake a cake for no reason') as well as some bigger goals I want to work towards (finish the quilt I’m working on, read 20 books). But I'm not putting pressure on myself to achieve everything - the idea with the bingo card is to be flexible and have fun!
