As the season of new years resolutions and 6 week challenges begins, you might be feeling the temptation to make a resolution to change your body.

✨ You don't need to set any grand resolutions for 2025

✨ There's nothing special about January 1st - you can start new habits at any time! 

✨ 'Healthy' looks different for everyone

✨ There are SO many reasons to move your body that have
nothing to do with changing how you look! Find the reason/s that resonate with you (& forget about the rest)

✨ It's okay to set specific goals with movement, but it is equally okay to just show up & honour where you body is at that day. We will cheer you on just as loudly either way!!
